SHIPPING ORDERS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

We process orders Monday-Friday within 24 hours. Carrier shipping usually delivers within 1 to 4 days. Unforeseen carrier conditions may cause actual delivery dates to vary.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

For standard orders, we offer free shipping on orders of $49 or more. For orders under $49, we offer flat rate shipping of $9.99. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we ship to the United States and Canada only. 

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

For orders in the US, we primarily ship via UPS Ground Shipping, which takes 1-4 business days after processing. For orders to Canada we use USPS priority which takes 1-3 business days after processing.

WHAT IF MY HOUSE OR APARTMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERY FROM USPS?

Please send us an email at sales@angelbrand.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

Yes. We gladly accept orders over the phone.

PICKUP ORDERS

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR PICKUP?

Please contact us by phone (610) 543–6060 or email sales@angelbrand.com Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm EST to place and order and set up a pick up time.

I FORGOT SOMETHING. CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?

If you would like to order additional spices, you can either place another pickup order online or purchase additional items at the time of pickup.

SPICES AND TEA QUESTIONS

WHERE DO ANGEL BRAND SPICES COME FROM?

Our spices are sourced all over the world. Some are sourced directly from the producers, while others are bought strategically from foreign and domestic brokers. Our priority is flavor and freshness.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR SPICE AND TEA BLENDS?

We make all our spice and tea blends in-house. Our team has been curating spice and tea blend recipes for four decades.

HOW LONG WILL MY SPICES LAST?

It varies. Stored correctly, most herbs and spices maintain perfect freshness up to a year, but others can lose flavor more quickly. When in doubt, we recommend using your nose. If your spices don’t smell like anything, they are not likely to taste like anything, and it is time to replace your supply.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY HERBS AND SPICES?

For maximum flavor and shelf life, we recommend that you store herbs and spices in a cool, dark cupboard.

ARE YOUR SPICES AND BLENDS GLUTEN-FREE?

None of our spices, herbs, or blends contain gluten.
